The stay was delightful! We loved being just steps from the beach, allowing us quick access for fun family days. Breakfast was good. my kids really enjoyed the fresh fruit, and we appreciated the comfy atmosphere in the lobby perfect for relaxing together.
My wife says that it would be great to have more outdoor seating for families to enjoy the summer nights easily.

Couple seeking cozy getaway
The bed in our room was absurdly comfy! ! We slept like babies. such an important part of a cozy stay. Plus, there was this charming little balcony that felt like our own private oasis to enjoy the sunset :-D.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable.

easy strolls to beach and local cafes near the hotel
I truly loved the easy access to the Asbury Park Boardwalk just over a kilometer away, making my daily strolls a pleasure, and the charming cafes along Main Avenue, especially The Starving Artist just a short distance away, provided delicious breakfasts and snacks to fuel my explorations. as a solo traveler, the welcoming and clean environment made it a perfect home base for my weekend adventures, but the stairs could be a bit tricky to navigate.

The Beachliner Hotel is located just steps from the beach, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. The innkeeper, Bernadette, truly made my stay special with her warm hospitality and attentiveness. The rooms were comfortable, especially the Queen Room with a lovely sea view. I enjoyed breakfast with delicious freshly baked items. Having porches on every level provided great spots to unwind. However, the hotel charges for beach access, which I found a bit high. I was also disappointed not to receive beach passes, and the beach hours limited access on Sundays. The coffee served could definitely use an upgrade, and the bathroom in my room seemed overdue for a refresh. Things were clean and the renovations noticeable, but there are areas that need attention to enhance the overall experience.

I had a lovely time at this charming spot by the beach, especially enjoying the cozy coffee corner and the relaxing porch with lemonade. There’s also a great sun terrace where I soaked up some rays while sipping my drink. Just a heads up, the hallways can get a bit narrow, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience! ☀️

Charming stay with fantastic service
I had a delightful two-night stay in a Double Room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the room was impeccably clean with crisp linens. The innkeeper, Doug, provided outstanding service and made me feel right at home. I loved the cozy lobby decor and enjoyed relaxing on the porch with a good book. One area for improvement could be the limited coffee options available during breakfast.
